When starting as an Executive Team, tasked with having to raise funds as one of our many responsibilities, we quickly realized there was a huge gap in the area of knowledge or support on the science of fund development. There was pressure to secure funding while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the organization.We didn’t know where to begin.
